Congratulate Yourself

It is definitely a late night post. I assume many are resting and won’t read the post until the rising. So with that being said, let’s abundant the rising for us all. May we abundant the rising for ourselves and our family. May our work and intentions be our prayer for good. May we continue to express gratitude for life that is the richest gift given to us each day. May we appreciate the opportunity to smile, laugh, heal, etc on another day. Love and light.

How often do you congratulate yourself? How often do you tell yourself you’re “proud of you” for every accomplishments? Ask yourself when was the last time you actually pat yourself on the back without anyone’s input. These are serious questions to ask yourself. Can you live life without the approval and validation from society? If the answer is no, then it’s because of your ego. Ego feeds on the approval and validation from society. Why? Because of fear. What is it that you fear?

Most of the time to get what we desire is usually on the other side of fear. Keep in mind, fear is an illusion in other words thinking of something that doesn’t exist. The only way it will exist is if we keep thinking about the fear. At some point you have to face it in order to get what you desired. Address your fears so you can truly be yourself without any regrets. Look at fear as a way to help you reach your highest potentials.

I’m going to use this moment to congratulate myself and I want you to do the same for yourself. I congratulate myself for surviving foster care. I’m so proud of myself for walking away from toxic relationships to put myself first. Self care is top tier and non-negotiable. I congratulate myself for digging deep within to actually find myself and my passion. I am honored to be gifted with a talent to teach a life skill (sign language). I’m so proud to keep stepping outside of my comfort zone as I continue to grow and elevate. Most importantly I am beyond proud to step outside of survival mode in order for me to walk into my thriving mode. I no longer address myself as resilient, because I am exhausted from strength alone and I don’t want to attract anymore struggles. Be careful of how you talk and label yourself, because you can attract things even when you don’t mean it.

The more you congratulate yourself, the more you are expressing gratitude. Remember you are the author of your story. Every chapter documents your journey of progression. So with that being said, take time with yourself and congratulate yourself. Be carefree and live life in the present moment. That’s all that matters. Until next time, Love and light.

My Unexpected Ascension

Great Evening Readers! How’s your day thus far? Did you abundant your day? I hope you did. Let’s abundant our evening for ourselves and our family. May our work and intentions be our prayer for good for ourselves and our family. May we be more appreciative of life and what it has to offer us. Amen!

Yesterday I had a very unique experience. I tried to blog about yesterday, but I wasn’t done with my experience. I had a good day, but was running a few errands before heading home. I arrived home and retreated to the kitchen to cook dinner. I’m listening to my music while cooking.

Then I became dizzy. From there I knew my blood pressure was low. From time to time I have my dizzy spells or experiencing extreme fatigue. When I’m feeling like that it’s either because my blood pressure is low or my iron is low. I am anemic and sometimes it goes into remission if I’m eating enough food with iron in it. Anyhow I hurried up to the nearest chair to keep myself from falling to the floor. All I need is to get ahold of some ice or frozen fruit that will have me alert. It works every time. And from there I would take an iron pill with orange juice.

I sat in the chair mustering up enough strength and courage to walk to the freezer to get what I need. I walked then boom! I had fell. I don’t know how long I laid unconsciously, but I heard myself telling myself to get up and be strong. When I finally got myself onto a chair, I automatically started eating frozen fruit so I could become alert. It wasn’t working. Here I was pacing myself in my mind to pull through. I kept telling myself I have to make my children’s plate. The food was done.

I got up once more to finish making my children’s plate of food. Boom! I fell onto the floor once again. I stared at the light and ceiling wondering if this was my ascension. I felt myself urinating while laying on the floor. I yelled to the heavens in my mind begging my ancestors I was not ready to ascend. I wanted more time with my children. There were a lot of word exchanges.

I became alert and got up real quick. I changed out my clothes, cleaned up the mess. Boom! I fell again. I woke up to my daughter tugging at me to wake up. I asked what happened and where was I. She said “Mommy you fell in the bathroom!” I looked around while laying on the floor and told her I was okay, just needed to have enough strength to get up. After encouraging myself to get back up, I finished making the kids plate and went straight to bed.

As I laid and rested, I was reminded that I was distracted. I needed to focus. It was true I was distracted. I was just missing my mother. Her birthday in three weeks and next month will mark 5 yrs since she ascended. I shouldn’t be sad instead I should think about the good times I had with her. I should be focus on continuing making her proud.

My whole experience was a wake up call for me letting me know I have unfinished business to handle. My time was not up at all, there’s too much to do. I wouldn’t want my children to be motherless. I have to do better with my health although I’m detoxing. I have to keep in mind the body needs more nutrients and minerals when it goes through a detoxification. I’m grateful for life to be here to be given another opportunity to share my wisdom and to make a difference in someone’s life.

Sometimes we may be hit with a near death experience to give us a wake up call to get back on track. Paid attention to the signs and remember health is wealth! I challenge you all to think about your near death experience and what you’ve learned from it. Did you make a promise while you were in the moment of that situation? If so reflect on that promise. Are you doing what you promised? If not how come? If so, are you really committed to it? Have a phenomenal evening!

Great Ra’sing! Happy Monday!! What an amazing gift to be given to wake up on this day! Let’s abundant our day for ourselves and our family. May our work and intentions be our prayer for good for ourselves and our family! Namaste!

How was your weekend? I hope it was phenomenal! Mines was very interesting, yet a lot of reflection took place. I was also experiencing a lot of dream downloads. It left me exhausted, but I gained some invaluable insight on life. Therefore I don’t mind experiencing dream downloads. It means a message is making its way to me especially if I haven’t been paying attention to the signs.

Some dreams may be sweet while others may be intense leaving your mouth and throat dry. When you first wake up from a dream it’s best to write down what happened as soon as possible in a dream book. What’s a dream book? It’s a book where you record your dreams. There is always a message in the dream itself whether it be a warning, a celebration, etc. I have a dream book and I always go back to read it especially if a dream came true. When a dream comes true, I write down in the dream book when that dream transpired.

With that being said take time to reflect on your dreams. Try to understand/comprehend what your dream is trying to reveal to you. Never underestimate the power of your dreams and your ability to interpret it. Yes you may need some assistance for clarification, but the answers are always within you if you pay attention to the signs. Sometimes life events happen for us to be able to understand the meaning of our dreams. Why not invest in a dream book and start keeping track of your dreams? You’ll thank me later that you did. It’s like you’re given a message from the future. How amazing is that? Have a phenomenal day and remember to treasure your dreams!
